I am an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach based in London and globally online and will help you to look and feel the best version of yourself.
Being an Integrative health coach looks at the whole person and I work with individuals for six months to help them get on track with being healthy and balanced. Hence the name! I can work alongside your medical professionals, such as doctors and therapists, if needed.
Following a health history consultation with you, we will work together to make lifestyle changes that are more sustainable over time, instead of quick fixes that generally don't last. This involves two in person or Zoom meetings per month.
I'll support you every step of your journey.
